Holistic health and wellness is the practice of treating the whole mind, body, and spirit. The goal is to find the root cause of an individual’s symptoms and treat accordingly. The holistic approach allows individuals to gain an understanding of the physical, spiritual, and emotional aspects of the mind and body and how they work together. Simply put, the holistic approach focuses on the human body as a whole.
